We are seeking to recruit a number of Team Managers who will be responsible for leading work teams and associated work programmed with a strong focus on developing and maintaining a strong safety culture and the development of the safety performance of your team. The following roles have been identified with our Customer Delivery Directorate: Team Manager to support our 11kV (and below) Asset Replacement Programmed in East Depot, Belfast; Team Manager to support our Overhead Lines Refurbishment Programmed in South Depot, Craigavon; Team Manager to support our contract management team. Location is flexible. The post holder will be expected to operate as part of a team and be able to effectively plan, priorities and manage workloads to meet demanding deadlines. The successful candidate should demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to regard customer service as a top priority and will require a high degree of self-motivation, and to work in a flexible manner.
